The safety of our staff and customers is our highest priority and we wanted to let you know about the changes we have made to ensure everyone is safe and comfortable.
- We have reduced our seating capacity to ensure 1m distancing between all of our customers. We kindly ask that you adhere to social distancing also. There is signage on the door to let you know you are entering a 1m+ zone.
- Hand sanitiser is available upon entry to the cafe and throughout. Please take every opportunity to regularly wash and sanitise your hands.
- We have undertaken a deep clean prior to opening and will follow thorough cleaning procedures throughout each day to ensure the highest level of standard is maintained. High contact areas such as our toilets, door handles and card machine will be regularly cleaned throughout the day.
- To support NHS Test & Protect we will ask you to provide your name and contact details upon entry to the cafe. This information will be used for the purpose of NHS Test & Protect only.
- Upon arrival a member of the team will greet you, take your contact details for NHS Test & Protect and seat you. Please wait to be seated. We have disposable paper menus available, our menu is also on our website if you would prefer to use your phone.
- Contactless payment is available, and there is screen protection at the till.
- We have completed the VisitScotland ‘Good to Go’ scheme.
If you have any questions on the safety measures we have introduced or would like to know more before visiting, please do not hesitate to contact us at cafe@artysans.org.uk or call us on 01463 729 793. A member of the team will be happy to help.
